Since the company's inception in July of 2005, Michael has been responsible for all activities encompassed within The Galaxy Web. From ensuring exceptional customer service to aiding in the advancement in technology and services, Michael has always kept the client as the number one priority. Michael's experience in internet technology has been a passion since even high school and has grown with the company's involvement in research & development. Not only has Michael strived to provide the best technology to every client for the best cost over the years, he also maintains the honesty and trust that every business wants to instill in a good business partnership. Michael is mainly responsible for larger contract negotiations within The Galaxy Web as well as with external partner contracts such as United Bank Card, Inc., GoDaddy.com, Inc., & Government works.

ALEXANDER D. McCLENDON blog
Co-Founder/Executive Vice President - Development & Technology

Alex co-founded The Galaxy Web with Michael in July of 2005 and has been one of the most integral parts to the growth and experience of the firm. Alex is in charge of the technology and development that The Galaxy Web has mastered over the years. Not only does this encompass research and development but it also encompasses accomplishing the custom work that most other companies are too afraid to get involved with. Alex has introduced an unlimited capacity for software and client services as well as introducing innovative database structure and script architecture. Alex is responsible for managing not only the Department of Development & Technology but also general processes overall to the aid of the President. Alex is currently completing his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.

WILLIAM (BILL) G. SPRINGER blog
Vice President - Sales & Marketing

Bill has been a major asset to The Galaxy Web by bringing an enormous amount of sales and marketing experience to the firm. Signing huge contracts and capturing every potential client is not easy for most but for Bill, it is a process that he has mastered and made stress-free. Bill pushed development of our ecommerce package with his very first client and now, ecommerce is an everyday package available worldwide. Bill is in charge of global sales operations as well as internal growth, development, and efficiency. He is also responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly between departments within The Galaxy Web. As the leader of internal operations, Bill has been an integral part in forming The Galaxy Web into a Limited Liability Company as well as creating policy to protect clients and employees. Bill oversees the departments of Sales and Merchant Services directly and aids the President in business decisions that affect the company as a whole. Bill has a Bachelors of Arts in Marketing from the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio.

MORGAN D. WILLIAMS blog

Merchant Services is a completely new department that we have added within the year of 2009 and has been a major offering to our clients. Morgan is responsible for the entire department from the application stage to fulfillment of all financial products and services. When it comes to rates, bank policy, fraud prevention, and standard operating procedures, Morgan is the expert. And with our partnership with United Bank Card, Inc., we have been pleased to provide the best merchant services in the industry and are proud to be a part of the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies. Morgan is currently completing his Bachelors of Science in Management from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega, Georgia.

Photography is a component of our I&M Department that is of extreme importance for nearly every spectrum of our company. Bringing the best quality images for websites and print marketing makes a huge difference to our clients' customers. Jonathan is in charge of every aspect of capturing these important moments and angles and ensuring every client receives exactly what he or she requests. Jonathan has been in the United States Army for over 4 years and is currently completing his Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega, Georgia. Jonathan will commission into the United States Army as a 2nd Lieutenant Officer after completion of his baccalaureate education.
